On Premium and Pro Premium, we clean up the infection. Basic includes one cleanup per year. Pro Premium includes five cleanups per year. We restore your site and identify the entry point — not just remove the symptom.
Basic includes a monthly local backup. Premium moves to weekly cloud backup with off-server storage. Pro Premium provides daily cloud backups with unlimited retention — the most resilient option for high-value sites.
OneGuard is an annual subscription. This allows us to maintain continuous monitoring, backup retention, and cleanup coverage year-round. A monthly subscription cannot provide the same level of sustained protection.
Yes. OneGuard is a standalone security subscription and works with any website, regardless of where it is hosted. You do not need to move your site to OneNet Servers to benefit from malware scanning, DDoS protection, blacklist monitoring, and backup services.
We detect and alert you immediately. Malware cleanup is included — it is not an extra charge. Our security team will identify the infection, remove the malicious code, patch the vulnerability, and restore from a clean backup if necessary. You will receive a post-incident report detailing what happened and what was done.
Each OneGuard subscription covers one domain. If you manage multiple sites, contact our team about volume pricing for agencies and resellers. We can bundle coverage across multiple domains at a reduced per-site rate.
Yes. OneGuard is an annual subscription. The annual billing model reflects the nature of security protection — continuous monitoring requires a committed service window. Your renewal price matches your initial subscription and is shown clearly in your client area 60 days before renewal.
