Log in to your current registrar's control panel, go to domain settings, and look for "Auth code", "EPP code", or "Transfer code". If you can't find it, contact their support — they are legally required to provide it.
.ng transfers are NiRA-managed and can take up to 14 days. .com.ng is faster at 5–7 days. We keep you updated throughout.
Most registries require at least 60 days from the last transfer before allowing a new one. If your domain is near expiry, renew first at your current registrar, then transfer.
Yes. Nigerian customers can pay in NGN via Paystack for all domain transfers.
We'll tell you why and help you resolve it. Common reasons are: domain is still locked, EPP code is wrong, or the domain transferred within the last 60 days. We do not charge if a transfer fails.
