- First-time domain registrant — you have not previously owned a domain name
- Freelancer, student, early-stage founder, or sole trader moving online for the first time
- Commits to keeping the domain active and building a genuine online presence
One application per person. The initiative covers a single .name.ng domain, Starter hosting, and business email for 12 months. After year one, renewal rates apply.
